Adelaide Karate Jitsu & Self Defence Courses
To teach high quality self defence, martial arts and fitness to children, students and adults in a caring and professional environment where each person is treated equally and individually.
Our Head Instructor Peter Koegst first began training martial arts in 1985. He has attained three separate styles of Black Belt (Karate, Judo & Iaido) and for over 10 years he competed both locally and for the State.
Peter has been a full time teacher of the Martial Arts since 1995. He is a level one accredited coach, a senior first aider, achieved level one reiki, also studied sports massage and regularly practices yoga and meditation.

Virtually anyone can benefit from our training. Male and female students of all ages attend our classes on a weekly basis.
If you want to learn self defence, get in shape, lose weight, or develop confidence and self-discipline, you can benefit from our training. You are never too old to start!
